JHC requested designs for the refurbishment of Cresthill Mansions in Hillbrow. ADQ designed the plumbing and drainage for every unit as well as the walkway drainage on the 13th Floor Building at the Cresthill Mansions in Hillbrow. ADQ also designed the electrical reticulation, hot water plant and water reticulation systems.
